Neural pathways establish the vast part of how we behave, and this happens before the age of 5. You can't talk out a change, you need to practice it.

"Why isn't this working?"

When we feel stuck, it’s usually because we’re trying to change our behavior before we’ve addressed the underlying emotions or beliefs.

I designed this "Change Pyramid" to help my clients map out exactly where they are in their
growth journey.

Sustainable change follows a structure. If you feel like you keep hitting a wall, you might be skipping a step in the pyramid.

Let’s talk about your process.

Do you find it harder to identify the "triggers" or to build the "new habits"?

Headline: When your brain feels like it’s "buffering"—is it time for a Neuropsychologist?

We’ve all had those moments: walking into a room and forgetting why, losing the thread of a task, or struggling to find a word that’s "on the tip of your tongue." While sometimes these are just signs of a busy life, other times they are signals that warrant a deeper look.

What is a Neuropsychologist? 🧠 I am a clinical practitioner who investigates how your brain influences your behavior and cognitive performance. I specialize in mapping out the "why" behind disruptions in:
Memory & Concentration
Language & Communication
Problem Solving & Multi-tasking

Who do I help?

Medical Recovery: Assessing cognitive changes following head trauma, stroke, illness, or degenerative conditions (like Parkinson’s or Alzheimer’s).
Neuro-Profiles: Evaluating cognitive capacities in individuals with AD(H)D, Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Epilepsy.

The Goal: Bridging Clinical Insight & Daily Life A diagnosis is just the beginning. My role is to analyze your cognitive performance and balance it against the realities of your daily life. Together, we determine your capabilities and potential, identifying the support structures you need to navigate your routines—whether in academia, your professional career, or independent living.

You aren't just a set of symptoms. I play a collaborative role in your care, ensuring you have the clarity to participate fully in life, independently or with the right aids.

How many of you have had that moment of "Uh-uh, no way, not today"?

We often view resistance as a negative thing to be avoided, but as a psychologist, I see it differently. Resistance is a signal—it’s an emotional alarm clock letting you know that something deeper is happening.

When you stop fighting the resistance and start viewing it as a gateway, you finally have a starting point for growth.

I’m talking about this and more inside the Unshakeable community. Let’s start the work together.

What happens to your brain when you are pushed into a state of emergency?

I recently participated in a cold plunge at 4° Celsius (39° F) to explore emotional expression in a dynamic way.

It was a powerful lesson in how our body signals danger—and more importantly, how we can choose to connect with our breath to regain control.

If you’ve ever felt like your emotions are in the "driver's seat," this video is for you.

We often think of triggers as "buttons" that other people press to make us explode. But what if we’ve been looking at it all wrong?

A trigger isn't a landmine waiting for someone else to step on it. It’s part of your personal toolkit. When we understand a trigger as something we own, we stop being victims to our emotions and start taking ownership of our reactions.

I’m diving deeper into this, along with "basic beliefs" and values, inside my community.
