Some weeks are made for learning, and some feel like a small chapter of life on their own.

From 1–8 December, we’ll be in Algodoal, Pará, for a week of Professional Aerial Yoga Teacher Training at FlowMove Retreat Centre.

The days will be filled with practice, technique, teaching skills, time in the hammocks, shared meals and space to slow down between sessions. We’ll be staying right by the beach, surrounded by palms, sea air and the rhythm of the island.

During the week, we’ll also take a boat trip around Maiandeua — a chance to see more of the island from the water and enjoy the landscape beyond the training space.

The course includes:

There’s something beautiful beginning to take shape for December. 🌊

Little by little, the vision for Social Arts Festival Algodoal 2026 is becoming clearer. I keep imagining the island filled with movement, music, creation, conversation, children, nature, performances and people bringing their own voices into one shared space.

This year’s theme is Tides of Change — inspired by the sea, the cycles of nature and the transformations that happen in our bodies, our communities and the world around us.

From 8–15 December 2026, we will gather for a Creative Retreat at Flowmove Arts Centre, Praia da Princesinha, Algodoal, and from 11–13 December 2026 the festival will open into three public nights of performances, art and community.

We are now inviting artists, performers, creators and facilitators to be part of this journey.

Dance, circus, aerial arts, music, theatre, performance, visual arts, movement, interdisciplinary work, community projects and creative workshops are all welcome.

I love the idea that every artist arrives like a drop — with their own story, their own language, their own dream — and together we create a tide.
