Every step we take into the unknown is, in truth, a step toward a new version of ourselves.
We never really know what awaits us on the other side: new experiences, new emotions, new challenges… and above all, new lessons.
Along the way, we meet souls who, even if they are only part of our journey for a short time, leave a lasting imprint on our hearts. People who embrace us, inspire us, support us, and remind us that life is made of these simple moments: a shared smile, an unexpected conversation, a sincere hug, a glance that speaks louder than words.
When we truly understand that everything is impermanent, we stop trying to hold on to moments and instead begin to live them fully. With an open heart. With presence. With gratitude.
That is what India has been and continues to be for me.
Yoga has taught me to value myself, to set my fears aside a little more each day, to trust life, and to see the beauty in people, in different cultures, and in new places. It has taught me to question many of the judgments through which I used to see the world… and although I am still working on that, today I walk with a much broader and more compassionate perspective.
None of this journey would have been possible without my teachers and Gurus. Thank you for sharing a wisdom that goes far beyond words.
And thank you to every person I met in India. To those who became teachers, friends, family, and mirrors along the way. Each of you has left something within me that I will carry forever.
They say we belong where we are loved.
I also believe we belong where we have loved deeply.
And because I carry a piece of love for each one of you, I know you walk with me wherever life takes me.
Namaste 🙏
