Knowing how to handle wire is a prerequisite in orthodontics, and it’s a skill acquired through practice.
Not every patient has the same arch size and shape.
You may not even make your own archwire, but at some point you’ll need to adjust prefabricated arches, and the best way to master wire handling is through practice!
I use custom symmetry charts.
