Dairy & Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)

You can support by:
• Purchasing a lunch for yourself
• Coordinating group orders (great for offices!)
• Donating a meal for a dialysis patient

Menu:
Baked Chicken – $15
Fried Snapper – $20
Served with bean & rice, pickled beets & mixed vegetables

Delivery: 1 PM – 2 PM

✔️ Order & payment deadline is May 11
✔️ If your office has a group order (e.g. 15–20 meals), we can arrange delivery/collection

Donated meals will go directly to patients, so every contribution makes a real difference.
