It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Benicia Francois, age 69, of Ragged Island Street, Nassau, Bahamas, who passed away at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Monday, August 10, 2026.

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Ms. Lynn Malvina Thompson, age 79, of Nassau East South, Nassau, Bahamas, who passed away at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Saturday, August 1, 2026.

She is survived by her:

Dr. Sean L. Knowles

Sisters:
Emerald Brown and Cheryl Thompson

Grandchildren:
Dayne Harrison, Daley Harrison and Leylah Knowles

Daughters-in-law:
Daphne Harrison and Minister Doretha Knowles

She is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.

The family sincerely appreciates the prayers, condolences, love and support extended to them during this time of bereavement.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved La Shonna Rose Jones of Malcolm Allotment.

Sunrise: November 28, 2002
Sunset: July 15, 2026

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Emmanuel Gospel Chapel, Emmanuel Drive, Malcolm Allotment.

Interment will follow at Woodlawn Gardens Cemetery.
