I was truly honored to serve as one of six panelists at Mount Nebo Union Baptist Church on Marshall Road this past Wednesday night for Uplift Kingdom Conversations, themed “Glory Carriers: Positioned for Kingdom Impact.”

I spoke on several topics, including "PERIMENOPAUSE" and how it affects a woman’s body and her relationships.
