INFORMATION ON THIRD CHILD PLUS PROGRAM
The Third Child Plus Program (TCPP) has been launched. Please note that mothers are not required to visit health centres for registration or enrolment under the program.
All registration and enrolment processes will be carried out by the Department of Census and Civil Registration. The final verified list of eligible beneficiaries will be shared with the PMU, AMCHP for benefit disbursement.
Health workers are requested to educate and encourage parents to register their newborn children with the Census Department as early as possible to facilitate timely enrolment to the benefits.

On 29/03/2026, our hospital team proudly organized a friendly Khuru tournament at the hospital premises with the Bazar team. The event was held to promote and celebrate our prestigious tradition and culture.

It was a wonderful and enjoyable match filled with teamwork, sportsmanship, and cultural pride. Moments like these remind us of the importance of staying connected to our roots.

Let us all continue to preserve and promote our rich traditions so that our youth can learn from us and carry them forward into the future.

📢 PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

The Dorokha Hospital would like to inform the general public that Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) screening will be conducted under the Dorokha Hospital catchment area from 25th February to 15th March.

The screening will focus on population age between 18-64 years old which includes:
🩺 Diabetes
🩺 Hypertension(blood pressure)
🩺 any other related Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs)

We kindly request all community members to avail this important health service and not miss the opportunity when healthcare providers visit your area. Early detection and timely management can prevent serious complications.

The detailed micro-plan prepared by the NCD focal person will be uploaded on the hospital’s official page for your reference.

📌 Any changes in the schedule will be informed through the respective Tshogpas and VHWs accordingly.

Let us all participate and work together towards a healthier community.

Today, our hospital has humbly hosted prayer flags within the hospital premises in honour of the Birth Anniversary of His Royal Highness Gyalsey Jigme Namgyal Wangchuk on 5th February 2026. May the prayers carried by the wind bring peace, good health, and well-being to all sentient beings.

This meaningful initiative was initiated and coordinated by Dr. Kinley Yangdon and Mr. Tashi, with wholehearted participation and support from all hospital staff members. The program reflects our collective commitment to promoting compassion, unity, and well-being within our healthcare environment.
