Mental health matters for everyone, including the men who often carry their burdens in silence.

Today, we recognize and support men who:

🔹 Are battling anxiety, depression, or stress
🔹 Need support but don’t know where to turn

“Intentional Service Provision Through Data-Driven Decisions”

This powerful slogan , “ONE DATA INFORMED DECISION AT A TIME”echoed throughout the 10th day of the Kanye Adventist Hospital Staff Monitoring and Evaluation Training as participants reflected on the critical role of data in strengthening healthcare service delivery.

During the Feedback and Way Forward Session, the training team had the opportunity to brief Hospital Leadership on key lessons, achievements, and recommendations emerging from this intensive and informative capacity-building programme.

Over the past ten days, staff have enhanced their knowledge and skills in Monitoring and Evaluation, data management, performance tracking, and evidence-based decision-making. The training reinforced the importance of collecting, analyzing, and utilizing quality data to drive continuous improvement in patient care and organizational performance.

The session was expertly facilitated by Sir Thabo Motlhabane, who guided participants with passion, dedication, and determination throughout the training. His commitment to developing Monitoring and Evaluation Champions inspired staff to embrace their role in driving meaningful change in service provision, ensuring that data and evidence are effectively used to improve healthcare outcomes and contribute to the national development agenda.

As we move forward, we remain committed to fostering a culture where data is not merely collected but transformed into actionable insights that support strategic planning, accountability, and excellence in healthcare delivery.
