Please note: The one hour meeting is simply held at the church conference hall because it provides a meeting space. Al-Anon is not a religious organization, and people of all faiths or no faith at all are welcome.

Al-Anon Family Groups is a safe, free, and confidential support program for anyone whose life has been affected by a loved one's drinking, a partner, parent, child, sibling, or friend.
You don't need to have it all figured out. You don't need to talk if you're not ready. You just need to know that you are not alone.

We meet every Saturday at 9:00 AM at the Secret Heart Church Conference Hall in San Ignacio, Cayo.

Al-Anon is not a religious program. People of all faiths and none at all are welcome here. We meet at the church conference hall simply because it offers us a peaceful, accessible space for our community.

All are welcome. No judgment. Ever. 💙
