Hi there, Vollmer members! FYI, there's currently a new chair yoga + resistance bands class running at Legacy Oak Trail school until August 15. Come join me for some gentle yoga and resistance training to build flexibility, stability, and peace of mind. See you on the seat!

All Town of Amherstburg led outdoor recreation activities, including Open Air programming, are cancelled effective immediately and through the weekend due to poor air quality.

Outdoor facilities will remain open; however, all Town-run activities are cancelled.

And that's a wrap on Physiology! This course in particular was full of so many great takeaways to apply to future yoga and fitness classes ... especially related to healthy aging.
