Big life transitions don't just change your schedule. They change your relationships too.
A new job, a move, becoming a parent, or any major shift can quietly alter how you relate to the people around you. Friendships that once felt effortless might need more intention. Partners might need to renegotiate how they support each other. None of this means something has gone wrong. It usually just means you're both adjusting.
Naming what's shifted, even just to yourself, can make it easier to navigate. Therapy can offer a space to work through what's changing in your relationships during a season of transition.
