Hello, wonderful individuals,

I apologize for my recent absence in posting, but I want to assure you that I am still present and eager to assist you in reconnecting with your authentic selves.

I have been contemplating life extensively, particularly the surrounding turmoil. This disarray, I believe, is a product of our own making as humans. Rather than embracing joy and contentment on this remarkable planet suspended in space, we often allow our minds to be consumed by anger, thereby sacrificing our inner tranquility.

True freedom and peace, I believe, can only be attained when we release the burdens of resentment and anger.

Hello everyone,

Hey everyone! 👋 Just a heads-up that our usual end of the month group sessions are taking a break this August. I'm taking some much-needed time off to recharge. I will be back with fresh energy.
Next group session will be end of September.💗
