But getting started, prioritizing, and following through can still feel impossible.

Allied Therapy’s University Executive Function Group offers practical, clinician-led weekly support for university and college students across Nova Scotia.

Students will work on:
• getting started on difficult tasks
• managing deadlines and competing priorities
• planning realistically
• building tools that support focus and follow-through
• having accountability alongside other students

Virtual group begins Friday, September 18 at 11:00 a.m.

We are launching a virtual University Executive Function Group for university and college students across Nova Scotia.

This ongoing weekly group is for students who may know what needs to get done but struggle with getting started, managing time, organizing assignments, keeping up with deadlines, or following through when life gets busy.

Facilitated, the group will provide practical tools, structured planning, and supportive accountability.

• Starts Friday, September 18
• Fridays at 11:00 a.m.
• Virtual, ongoing weekly group

Students begin with a $160 virtual ADHD initial session. This helps us understand what support would be most helpful and confirm whether the group is the right fit. Ongoing group membership is $240 per month.
