Yaw! Cedar Pathways is celebrating our 1 year anniversary on June 23, 2026 at the Bella Coola Adventist School! We are putting on a sale to fundraise for future program activities. Items for sale include BBQ'd hot dogs, juice, baked goods, crafts and other small items our wonderful clients have been working hard to make the last few months.
FREE stickers made with love from all of us at Cedar Pathways!(limited supply)

Over the past year, our support service for adults with diverse abilities has grown into a valued and trusted resource within our community. Through person-centered support, meaningful programming and a commitment to inclusion, we have helped individuals build confidence, develop life skills, strengthen social connections and increase their independence.
This first year has been marked by strong partnerships, dedicated staff, supportive families and the determination of the individuals we serve. Together, we have built a program that promotes dignity, choice and belonging.
We are proud of what has been accomplished and grateful for the trust placed in us by our participants, families and community partners.

Please come celebrate and help support our growing program!

We are so grateful for the ongoing support you show our individuals. Your patience, encouragement, and genuine passion for what you do have made such a meaningful impact by helping build confidence, independence, and new skills along the way.

You create a space where people feel welcomed, supported, and inspired to try new things and grow at their own pace, and that truly makes a difference.

Cedar Pathways Support Services Inc.
📍 Bella Coola, BC

Cedar Pathways Support Services Inc. is currently seeking a Casual Support Worker to join our team immediately.

This role involves working with diverse individuals with varying needs, both in supported living environments and in the community, as well as at our center-based program.

Duties include:
✔ Supporting daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, shopping)
✔ Assisting with hygiene and personal care as required
✔ Supporting individuals to build independence
✔ Transportation and support for appointments and community activities
✔ Facilitating group activities, socialization, and recreation at our center-based program

Position details:
• Casual position
• Hours range from 0–40 hours per week
• Must be reliable and flexible

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license, own vehicle, and driver’s abstract
• Clean Criminal Record Check
• First Aid & CPR preferred
• References required
