What a weekend. I appreciated the time I had Sitting with like minded people and learning. Testing what I learnt. Leaning into what my true passion has lead me toward. Realizing I am what I say and show that I am. I am me. I AM happy. With this I am here to help others who are drawn to me to show them how to be their own advocate. Their own supporter. Their own healer.
Learning that doesn't feel like learning is a gift.

For all that are grieving. I love the gentleness of this story.

**Eeyore:** “Pooh… some mornings I wake up hoping none of it really happened.”

🌿 What You May Not Know About Me…
You may know me as Sheila—the woman behind Rural Roots Healing.
You may know me as someone who offers intuitive energy healing, mediumship, and creates spaces where people can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
But there are probably a few things you don't know about me…
I have always felt deeply connected to nature. There is something about being surrounded by trees that brings me back to myself. I don't just look at nature—I feel it.
I'm curious. I'm a seeker. I've spent years following little nudges, unexpected experiences, and those quiet moments when something inside me says, “Pay attention.”
My journey into healing and mediumship wasn't something I simply decided to do one day.
It unfolded.
Through my own experiences, I learned to trust the things I couldn't always explain. I learned that intuition doesn't always shout. Sometimes it's a whisper. A feeling. A knowing. A little voice that says, go this way.
And I've learned to listen.
I don't believe healing has to look a certain way.
Sometimes it's energy.
Sometimes it's a conversation.
Sometimes it's tears.
Sometimes it's laughter.
Sometimes it's simply sitting in a safe space where you don't have to pretend you're okay.
And sometimes… it's standing in the middle of the trees with your hand on an old trunk and remembering who you are. 🌲
That's a big part of why I created Rural Roots Healing.
It's not just about the services I offer.
It's about creating a place where people can come as they are.
A place for healing, curiosity, connection, and perhaps discovering something about yourself that you didn't know was there.
I'm still learning.
Still growing.
Still following those little nudges.
And honestly?
I wouldn't have it any other way. ✨
