I will be hosting a 9d breathwork session on December 15th.
This journey is Beyond Grief and Loss. Whether the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a job, or sense of self, this journey has something for everyone. Designed to compassionately guide participants thru the spectrum of grief and returning to a state of love and peace. Participants will emerge feeling lighter, more connected and with a profound sense of relief and acceptance, just in time for the holidays.
