This morning’s Heal the Healer was a sacred space of healing, remembrance, and community.

We gathered to honour Erica’s life and the love, light, and connection she shared with those around her. In the midst of grief, we create space to breathe, soften, receive, and remember that we do not have to carry it all alone.

Through meditation, acupuncture, gentle energy work, tea, and shared presence, we come together to heal the healer within us.

Because sometimes healing is not about fixing what hurts. It is about being held while we feel it.

I’m truly touched by the sense of Erica’s presence with us today. And all of you, for how her loving presence lives on in your hearts and memories.

Heal the Healer is an event devoted to those who spend so much of their lives caring for others. A chance to put down what we carry, receive, breathe, and simply be held by community.

Heal the Healer Nights are intimate evenings created for practitioners, caregivers, helpers, and anyone who is ready to step out of the role of doing and into the experience of receiving.

For this evening, you don’t need to be the healer.

You don’t need to have the answers.

You don’t need to hold space for anyone else.

You simply get to receive. ✨

Each evening offers a small, deeply intentional healing circle with acupuncture at the heart of the experience, supporting rest, regulation, grounding, and restoration.

Depending on the evening, we may weave in sound, meditation, gentle energy work, or other restorative practices.

Gene Key 29 — Commitment

Gene Key 29 is the journey from Half-Heartedness → Commitment → Devotion.

🌑 Shadow: Half-Heartedness

The shadow asks:

“Do I really want this?”

It can show up as:

* Saying yes when your whole being isn’t saying yes
* Starting things enthusiastically and then losing energy
* Committing from guilt, fear, or obligation
* Keeping one foot out the door
* Repeatedly choosing experiences but not fully entering them
* Feeling trapped by commitments you made before you were clear

The deeper lesson isn’t simply “commit more.”
It’s “learn what is truly worthy of your commitment.”

🌱 Gift: Commitment

The Gift of 29 is the power of saying a whole-bodied YES.

Once you know something is aligned, you stop negotiating with yourself.

Commitment becomes:

* Presence
* Perseverance
* Courage
* Trust in the unfolding
* Willingness to experience the whole journey—not just the pleasant parts

Gene Key 29 understands that the transformation often happens because you stayed.

✨ Siddhi: Devotion

At the highest frequency, commitment becomes Devotion.

There’s no longer a sense of “I am committing myself to this.”

Instead:

You become devoted to Life itself.

You trust the experience you’re being asked to enter, even when you can’t see where it leads.

And importantly, Gene Key 29 isn’t about blindly saying yes to everything.

It’s about learning the sacred difference between:

“Yes because I’m afraid to disappoint.”
and
“YES because my soul recognizes this.”

Before saying yes, ask:

“If nobody would be disappointed by my answer, would I still choose this?”

And once the answer is genuinely yes:

Go all in.

The Scorpio Full Moon carries a very particular kind of energy—it doesn’t gently reveal… it illuminates what’s been hidden.

Here’s the deeper message coming through:

This moon is asking you to stop looking away.

Not in a harsh way—but in an honest one.

Scorpio energy lives in the realms of:

* truth beneath the surface
* emotional intensity
* secrets, shame, desire, and power

And under a full moon, all of that rises into awareness.

So the message is this:

What you are willing to fully feel… sets you free.

There may be truths surfacing right now that feel uncomfortable—about relationships, patterns, attachments, or even parts of yourself you’ve been avoiding.

But this isn’t here to punish you.

It’s here to return you to presence.

Because the real gift of this moon isn’t just truth…

It’s the gift of being present with what is true.

Not fixing it.
Not bypassing it.
Not reshaping it into something more palatable.

Just being with it.

And that presence does something powerful:

* it dissolves illusion
* it softens resistance
* it transforms shame into awareness
* it turns reaction into choice

Scorpio teaches that transformation doesn’t come from control—it comes from intimacy with your own depth.

So if you’re feeling intensity right now, instead of asking:
“Why is this happening?”

Try:
“Can I stay present with this… without turning away?”

Because that’s the real alchemy.

✨ Truth is the doorway
✨ Presence is the gift
✨ And what you meet fully… can finally transform

The Michelangelo Effect is a really beautiful concept in relationships—and also a powerful one for self-growth.

What it means:

The term comes from the Renaissance artist Michelangelo, who famously said he didn’t “create” sculptures—he revealed the figure already hidden within the marble.

In relationships, the Michelangelo Effect describes when:
👉 One person “sees” the highest version of you
👉 And through their support, belief, and interactions…
👉 You naturally grow into that version of yourself

In simple terms

It’s when love doesn’t try to change you—it brings out who you already are at your best.

⛔️ CAUTION… The opposite is also true!(important to recognize)

There’s also the reverse:
• Someone projects their fears onto you
• Tries to mold you into who they want
• Reinforces your insecurities

That doesn’t reveal your essence—it covers it.
