Chartwell Willow residents are invited to join us for our next Wellness Fair!

Following the positive response to our first Wellness Fair, we’re excited to offer another opportunity for residents to meet one-on-one with our nursing leaders, ask questions, discuss health concerns, and learn more about the care and support services available within our community.

Due to the strong interest in our first event, we have added additional clinic time to accommodate more residents.

🕚 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
🕐 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
📍 Activity Room

This resident-exclusive event includes complimentary 20-minute wellness consultations, which may include:

✔ Blood Pressure Checks
✔ Weight Monitoring
✔ Medication Reviews
✔ Fall Prevention Discussions
✔ General Wellness Screening
✔ Information on Available Care Services

Our last Wellness Fair was very well received, and we were unable to accommodate everyone who wanted a spot. We encourage residents to reserve their time slot early, as appointments are limited.

Surrounded by family, friends, and those who care about him, we honored a century of memories, wisdom, laughter, and love. What a privilege to celebrate such a remarkable life and the stories that come with 100 wonderful years.
