Leeds & Grenville Interval House is pleased to offer a FREE Summer Wellness Series for women and girls aged 15+.
This four-part series has been thoughtfully designed using a trauma-informed approach, creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive space where participants can nurture their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Through accessible wellness activities, participants will have the opportunity to practice self-care, build resilience, strengthen social connections, and explore healthy coping strategies that can support healing and overall wellness.
The series includes:
Beginner's Yoga
Guided Meditation & Breathwork
Expressive Arts Workshop
POUND® Fitness Class
Whether you're looking to reduce stress, reconnect with yourself, discover new wellness practices, or simply enjoy time in a supportive community, this series offers something for everyone, no previous experience is required.

REFLECTION & GRATITUDE POST!!!

Today, as I reflected on the first six months of the Leeds & Grenville Hoarding Coalition, I found myself feeling incredibly grateful.

What started as a vision to bring together passionate professionals from across sectors has grown into a dedicated group of individuals committed to improving outcomes for those impacted by hoarding disorder in our community.

This work is not always easy. It is complex, often emotional, and requires patience, collaboration, and a willingness to see beyond the clutter. Yet every month, this coalition continues to show up with compassion, curiosity, expertise, and a shared commitment to making a difference.

Together, we have started important conversations, strengthened partnerships, increased awareness, and laid the foundation for sustainable community responses. More importantly, we are creating hope—for individuals, families, service providers, and our community as a whole.

To every coalition member: thank you. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, your time, your ideas, and your passion. Your commitment inspires me, and I am proud of what we have accomplished together in just six short months.

The work continues, but today I simply want to pause and acknowledge the incredible people who have chosen to be part of this journey.

Our community deserves a new story, and together, we are helping to write it.
