Sometimes the guilt and inner dialog rolls in telling me to do more, and no matter what I do doesn't seem to be enough. I've trained that part of my mind to shut the f**k up (for the most part, its all a work in progress)

Practice quieting the mind, being with yourself. And if you are ready to do that or need some help, I am here for it!
