Tips for purchasing a candle for practising candle gazing ( Trataka )

Keep in mind,
1) use a larger candle with a nice long wick
2) something steady and not too distracting
3) nothing inside a glass jar - the wick will be distorted by the glass

New to meditation, this is the prefect session for you! ✨
Our sessions are guided journeys, which allow you to create a calm escape through prompted imagery which allows enough freedom to make the experience your own.

All sessions are encouraged to be completed laying down, or sitting in a comfy chair, with a blanket and soft lighting, allowing your body to relax and receive the full benefits of the practise.

Free, Monthly virtual guided meditation sessions are starting back up, the first Sunday of every month - starting with this Sunday, February 1st at 7pm.

New to meditation, this is the prefect session for you! ✨

Life’s busy, lots going on!
I’m trying to remember this is when I need my practise the most…

I’m extremely thankful for the land I call home.
Being able to walk outside and feel the sunshine, feel the breeze and connect with nature.

First held inversions in over a year…

My cold plunge has moved back to the local lake….wild swimming for the season has begun ❤️❤️❤️❤️

If anyone is in the Kelso area and wants to join me for my daily plunge/swim- please reach out.
No experience, don’t worry, we’ll go through it together and I’ll work with you on breath work.

Feels around 10 degrees Celsius, but I’ll bring my thermometer next time.
