Every day, we meet people climbing mountains of their own.
Some are recovering from injuries or surgery. Others are living with chronic pain, neurological conditions, anxiety, depression, grief, or life's unexpected challenges.
As a clinic owner and Lori, as an occupational therapist and owner as well, We had the privilege of walking alongside many of these journeys. We've learned that resilience isn't about reaching the summit overnight—it's about finding the strength to take the next step, even when the path feels difficult.
This September, we'll be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro (5,895 metrers). But this expedition is about much more than reaching Africa's highest peak.
We're turning this climb into Climbing Higher Together—a community initiative to raise awareness and funds for mental health through CAMH Foundation, while reminding people that none of us has to climb life's mountains alone.
If this message resonates with you, we'd be incredibly grateful for your support. Whether it's sponsoring a meter, making a donation of any size, or simply sharing this campaign, every act of kindness helps create a lasting impact.
Thank you for climbing with us. ❤️
