Actually drinking enough water

Moving because it feels good — not because we “have to”

Updating our skincare for the season

Finally asking about that symptom we keep Googling

Booking the appointment we’ve been putting off

Taking our pelvic health seriously

Doing something simply because it makes us feel good

And maybe…

putting ourselves a little higher on our own priority list. 🤍

Why are we SO good at making sure everyone else is taken care of? 😅

Meanwhile, that thing you’ve been meaning to ask about for the last 6 months?

“I’ll deal with it later.”

Whatever you’ve been putting off…it’s time. And we’re ready for you 🫶🏼

Fall has a funny way of making us want to reset EVERYTHING. 🍂

Our closets. Our routines. Our skincare. Our schedules. Our homes.

So while you’re getting everything else back on track, consider this your reminder to check in with yourself too.

How’s your energy?

How’s your skin?

Has anything changed with your pelvic or intimate health?

Is there something you’ve been meaning to ask about but keep putting off?

Your seasonal reset doesn’t have to be about doing more.

Maybe it’s finally making time for something you’ve been ignoring. 🤍

“It’s not THAT bad.”

“I can deal with it.”

“It only happens sometimes.”

“I’ve gotten used to it.”

Sound familiar?

There’s a lot of space between “I’m fine” and “I can’t live like this anymore.”

You’re allowed to ask about something before it becomes unbearable.

You’re allowed to want to feel comfortable in your body.

And you’re allowed to seek support simply because something doesn’t feel right anymore. 🤍

Your quality of life matters, too.

“This might be TMI, but…”

You can stop right there. 🤍

When it comes to your health, there is no such thing as too much information.

Leaking. Dryness. Pain during intimacy. Changes in sensation. Something that just feels… off.

These conversations might feel uncomfortable to you, but they’re conversations we’re here to have.

You don’t need the right words. You don’t need to know what’s causing it. And you definitely don’t need to apologize for asking.

Just tell us what’s going on. We’ll start there.

Somewhere along the way, women got very good at being told, “That’s just part of being a woman.”

So we adapt. We avoid certain things. We stop talking about it. We convince ourselves it’s “not that bad.”

But common and inevitable are not the same thing.

If leaking, dryness, discomfort, pressure or changes in intimacy are affecting your life, you deserve to ask questions — even if you’ve been dealing with it for years.

You don’t have to wait until it gets worse. 🤍

You know the word.

It’s RIGHT there.

And somehow... your brain just won’t give it to you. 😅

Occasional forgetfulness happens to everyone. But if you’ve noticed that you’re struggling to concentrate, losing your train of thought more often, or simply don’t feel as mentally sharp as you used to, it’s worth paying attention to the change.

What we often call “brain fog” can have many potential contributors, including sleep, stress, hormonal changes, nutritional deficiencies, thyroid concerns, medications and other health factors.

The point isn’t to Google your symptoms and diagnose yourself.

It’s to stop automatically dismissing them.

If something feels noticeably different in your body or mind, you’re allowed to ask why.

This might be the check-in we don’t talk about enough.

Sexual health can change throughout a woman’s life—and those changes can be influenced by hormones, pelvic floor function, vaginal tissue health, stress, medications, relationships, and more.

So if intimacy doesn’t feel the way it once did, you don’t need to feel embarrassed about bringing it up.

And you don’t need to wait until it’s affecting your relationship or quality of life before asking questions.

Your sexual health is part of your health. Full stop.

If you checked a few of these boxes, there may be options available to help you feel more comfortable, confident, and connected to your body again. 🤍
