Providing Mobile/In-home Massage Therapy in Calgary. Registered Massage Therapist in Calgary, AB. I was born in Tokyo Japan, and immigrated to Canada in 2003.

After graduating from Malaspina University College in Nanaimo, BC with the diploma in Hospitality Management, I spent almost 10 years in Banff/Canmore area working in the Hospitality Industry before I decided to move to Calgary in 2015, to study Massage Therapy and obtained the Diploma in 2017.

I have been an active member of the athletic community as an adult, serving as Vice President and a me

mber of the Olympia Skating Club, one of two Adult Figure Skating Clubs in Canada. As well I have been practicing Yoga for the past 10 years. I have been fortunate enough to have worked with a variety of people such as athletes, musicians, artists, office workers, trade workers, children and geriatric populations, and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of working with them. My treatment goal would be to find the root cause of the issue and then work with you to help resolve it to achieve your goals. I believe that it is essential to build a treatment plan that is unique to each individual to accommodate their own goals in Massage Therapy. Through continued communication together, you and I will develop a plan based on your presenting symptoms and your goals. A typical treatment will include Therapeutic Massage such as Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release, followed by stretching and home care prescription.

What kind of massage oil do you use and why?

- I use Massage Gel instead of lotion or oil. It's Hypoallergenic, non-scented gel (see the detail of the product at https://biotone.com/products/advanced-therapy-massage-gel)

I prefer to use the Massage Gel as it gives me a better grip and friction which allows me to access deeper muscles without slipping my hands so much.

It also stays on the skin longer without being absorbed, requires less frequent applications on the skin.

I also like my hands to not look like I just had a bowl of deep fried fries after finishing a treatment 🙃
