✨ I’m So Excited to Be Part of BECOME ✨

I’m incredibly excited to share that I’ll be joining Julie Kraus’ internationally recognized BECOME program this year as a guest teacher! 💚🪶🩵

I’ll be bringing a special experience to the program called Rooted in Abundance, an offering that explores what it means to create a deeper relationship with abundance, not simply from the perspective of what we want to attract, but through how we root ourselves, shift our energy and become available to receive.

When Julie reached out and invited me to be part of BECOME, I was truly honoured. Julie has created something really beautiful with BECOME, bringing together practitioners and intuitives who each have their own unique wisdom, experience and gifts to share as they become Spiritual Advisors during this 6 month class ~ which I was so fortunate to be a part of in the fall of 2024 🕊

I love that so much of my work at The Forest is about helping people reconnect with nature, with themselves and with that deeper inner knowing that can sometimes get buried beneath the noise of everyday life.

Rooted in Abundance brings that philosophy into the conversation around abundance and manifestation. I’m really looking forward to stepping into this space, sharing what I love and supporting the incredible people who are part of BECOME. 🌿✨

In this episode of The Energy Files, Heather and Stephanie explore the power of coincidence and synchronicity through Stephanie’s story, “Talk to Me, Honeybee,” from her book Stopping to Smell the Flowers: Everything Is Coming Up Roses. What begins as a simple intention to thank a coworker with a bee charm unfolds into a remarkable chain of bee-related moments: a meaningful passage in a library book, a song called “Honeybee,” her son watching The Bee Movie, and an unexpected sign at the charm shop.

Together, they reflect on how recurring symbols, intuitive nudges and meaningful coincidences can help us feel more connected to ourselves, one another and the world around us. They discuss the importance of following joy, surrounding ourselves with the energy of what we hope to create and staying open to the small “breadcrumbs” that may affirm we’re moving in the right direction.

The conversation also touches on creativity, gratitude, community and the ripple effect that can come from acting on a simple heartfelt intention. Heather and Stephanie close by sharing upcoming offerings, including Heather’s Tarot for Beginners classes and Stephanie’s Manifesting-focused workshop.

This intimate, hands-on class is designed for those who are completely new to Tarot, as well as anyone looking to build confidence in understanding the language of the cards.

October is the month for going a little deeper… stepping into the shadows… and getting curious about the parts of ourselves that we don’t always bring into the light. 🌙🍂
