In a Functional Integration® session, we meet what is there.

Through gentle, precise contact, I listen to the way you organize yourself and then, together, we find.
Not by forcing a change, but by allowing something new to become possible.

The body is not a static structure. It is constantly sensing, adapting, organizing, and reorganizing itself in relation to its environment.
So I am not following a predetermined system. I am following your system by listening to what it reveals, moment by moment, and responding to what emerges.
Sometimes what changes is subtle: a little more space, a different sense of balance, an easier breath, a movement that suddenly feels less effortful.
Sometimes something much deeper becomes possible.

Functional Integration® is an invitation to experience yourself differently, not by being corrected, but by being listened to.

Individual sessions are now available.

Sometimes, you have to pause and look back to truly see how far you’ve come.

Four years ago, I stood at the beginning of a journey I could never have imagined would change me so deeply. On September 2nd, I completed my Feldenkrais training but what I gained through these four years is so much more than a qualification.

I completely changed.

I changed the way I move, the way I listen, the way I think, the way I understand myself, and the way I meet life. I learned to slow down, to pay attention, to trust my own experience, and to become more curious and compassionate toward myself and others.

This journey challenged me in ways I did not expect. There were beautiful moments, difficult moments, moments of doubt, and moments when I wanted to give up. But I kept going.

I am deeply grateful to the teachers, mentors, friends, and loved ones who supported me along the way. I could not have done this without the people who believed in me, listened to me, encouraged me, and held space for me when I needed it most.

I finish these four years not as the same person who began them.

I feel more grounded. More open. More alive. And, most importantly, more myself.

I am incredibly proud of this journey and deeply grateful for everything it has taught me.

The training may be finished, but the journey continues.

Celebrating Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais’ birthday today!

Feeling so grateful to be practicing and learning through this method — a journey of awareness, ease, and deeper connection with myself. It’s changed the way I move, feel, and live in ways I never expected.

Deeply grateful as well for all of my teachers who continue to share and embody this work with such care and wisdom.
Thank you Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais for your work!
