Lily graduated with honors from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy in 2023. After building her own practice in her hometown in Northern Alberta, she is excited to bring her experience and passion for massage therapy to Camrose with Ash Wellness Co.
Lily specializes in therapeutic treatments and deep tissue work, while maintaining a strong focus on relaxation and overall well-being. She believes effective massage is all about balance—using slow, intentional techniques and mindful pressure to access deeper areas while allowing the body to relax and release.
Above all, Lily’s goal is to create a welcoming space where you can slow down and reset your body and mind. She looks forward to meeting you!
