Rebuilding doesn’t start after grief ends—it starts inside it.

Grief isn’t a straight line, and healing rarely arrives all at once. Sometimes the work is quiet, slow, and almost imperceptible from the outside. Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is simply keep showing up.
