Hello Everyone, hope you’re having a great Canada Day! Starting today, I have changed my Facial menu to better suit my clients goals. You will notice some services are gone, and some new ones have been added. Description of each service as well as pricing and duration can be found on our new menu

I’ve finished my advanced facial training and have new facials utilizing all I’ve learned. I’ve also added my reflexology services now that I am done my training.

New Service Coming Soon – LED Light Therapy

I’m so excited to be adding LED Light Therapy to my service menu. Each light uses a specific wavelength to target different skin and wellness concerns, and I’ll be offering customized options with facials, plus near-infrared paired with massage.

Here’s a quick look at what each light supports:

💜 Purple (420nm) – Helps regulate oil production, repair damaged skin cells, and promote a smoother, more balanced complexion.

💙 Blue (480nm) – Targets acne-causing bacteria, helps control oil, and works to prevent future breakouts.

💚 Green (535nm) – Boosts circulation and collagen production, supports healing, and may help reduce the appearance of cellulite.

💛 Yellow (595nm) – Calms redness and irritation, helps shrink the appearance of pores, and promotes more even-looking skin.

🧡 Orange (605nm) – Supports pigmentation concerns, helps brighten dark spots, and soothes sensitive or reactive skin.

❤️ Red (660nm) – Stimulates collagen, softens the look of fine lines and wrinkles, and helps firm and rejuvenate the skin.

🔆 Near-Infrared (850nm) – Offered with massage sessions to help reduce inflammation, ease muscle tension, support recovery, and enhance deep relaxation.

This non-invasive treatment is a great add-on for both skin health and overall wellness. I can’t wait to start offering this soon!

Reflexology is a gentle, therapeutic technique that works on specific pressure points in the feet to help reduce stress, encourage relaxation, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

I’ll be adding this service soon and can’t wait to share it with you. More details coming soon!

Hi everyone
Just a quick heads-up that I’ll be taking a short medical leave for an upcoming surgery.

Because massage and clinical treatments are physically demanding, I’ll be stepping away for several weeks to focus on healing so I can come back feeling 100% for all of you.

My last day for appointments will be March 26th and I plan to return around April 27th, but I am hoping to slowly return sooner.

If you’d like to book before my leave or schedule ahead for when I’m back, please message me soon — spots will be limited leading up to my time off.
