What an awesome morning we had at the waterpark for our last get together of the year! It was bitter sweet knowing many of us will be out of touch over the summer but it was amazing spending time in the sun and water with lots of treats and all our friends! It was a great farewell party! 🎉

Happy Monday families! A few errors in dates to report:

Monday June 22, Start Start Facilitators will be off site for our last meeting of the year. Haldane SS will be closed.

June 23 will be Haldane Strong Start last day and we will have a potluck year end party at Memorial Water Park. Same hours we usually have. See me for further information!

Today the children were all about saving lives with our new medical care cart! Emily is assuring Mommy, that she will be just fine! ❤️

Happy Friday! The babies were super content today while so many children loved the new spinner we have! ❤️ Thanks Chelsea!

As we head into the weekend, the last day of Strong Start is June 22nd. Also next Thursday, Strong Start will be closed at the school but we will be at the Teddy Bear picnic in Kamloops. If you can come out with your favourite teddy bear, I’d love to see you! I will repost the details on the special day!

Wow! Today was both Ella’s 1st Birthday and Cathy’s Birthday as well! We celebrated with blueberry pancakes. We got to see Lacy and meet O’Ryan (Ella and Lacy’s Dad) and everybody got to cheer on the grade 12 grands celebrating today. What a beautiful day at strong start! ❤️

This week so far; On Monday the children created an epic domino line and we got to spend time time with Darlene and Gavin before they left for Calgary (you’ll both be missed 😢)
On Tuesday we got to spend time with Carter’s Grandma, Diane ❤️ and we created spongy butterflies.
Today, we got to meet Zae’s Mommy ❤️and a had bubble bust competition outside. It’s been a wonderful week at Strong Start so far!
