Launching Minecraft in therapy! 🎮✨

I am now using Minecraft as a therapeutic tool. It is a fantastic way to bridge the gap between traditional talk therapy and the activities that young people already enjoy.

By meeting kids and teens in a familiar, creative world, we can work on social skills, emotional regulation, and building confidence in a space where they already feel comfortable.
