Coach Pat and Coach Brad spend a lot of their time coaching, mentoring, and helping shape the next generation of players and leaders, both on and off the ice and floor.
Their passion goes far beyond skill development. It’s about building confidence, friendships, character, and a lifelong love for the game.
At the heart of it all, they’re still two big kids who love hockey, competition, and being part of a team. The competitiveness might get slightly out of hand sometimes ;)… but we say that’s all part of the fun. Whether it’s a drill, a game, or a friendly challenge, they bring energy, laughter, and a team-first mindset into everything they do.
Cross Surface Hockey Development was built on those values. We strive to create a safe, positive, judgment-free environment where players of all skill levels can learn, improve, compete, and most importantly, have fun.
Because for Pat and Brad, it’s always been about more than hockey. It’s about community, confidence, and creating memories that last a lifetime.
