✨ Practice Update ✨

I’m excited to share that I’m now treating at Way Wellness in Orono on Wednesday & Thursday evenings, while continuing to offer mobile massage on Monday & Tuesday evenings.

I have been practicing mobile massage since 2016 and have kept my rates unchanged for the past several years. In order to continue offering in-home treatments, beginning on November 1, I will be updating my mobile pricing and service area structure to make that sustainable alongside clinic work.

------------------------------------------
💆 New Mobile Rates (Plus HST) 💆

• 30 min: $90
• 45 min: $110
• 60 min: $130
• 75 min: $150
• 90 min: $170

------------------------------------------
🚗 Mobile Service Area 🚗

• Within 15 min of Orono
Minimum clients: 1
Travel: FREE

• Up to 30 min from Orono
Minimum clients: 2
Travel: FREE

• Up to 45 min from Orono
Minimum clients: 3
Travel: FREE

• Booking for fewer than the minimum number of clients? Smaller bookings are still available up to 30 minutes from Orono with a travel fee of $2.50 + HST per additional minute beyond 15 minutes.

------------------------------------------
🏡 Household Bookings 🏡

• 2+ consecutive treatments at the same household = $5 off each treatment

------------------------------------------
📅 Effective November 1 📅

• New rates and service area changes will take effect November 1, 2026.
• Appointments already booked as of today for a date after November 1 will be honoured at the current rate with no new travel fee added.

------------------------------------------

My goal with these changes is simply to make it possible for me to continue offering mobile massage alongside clinic care, rather than having to phase mobile appointments out.

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported my mobile practice over the years. I’m very grateful to be able to continue offering both in-home and clinic treatment options.

Doula training weekend! 🤰📚

I’m spending the weekend doing my doula training with Cindy McNeely from Trimesters Massage Therapy Education, alongside a great group of other RMTs.

Cindy’s course is specifically for RMTs becoming doulas, which is such a natural fit when you think about how physical labour and birth can be.

So much of supporting someone through labour involves hands-on comfort — massage, counter-pressure, movement and positioning. This weekend, we’re learning how to bring the hands-on skills we use as RMTs into the birth room to support women through labour and birth.

I’m really enjoying the weekend so far and looking forward to bringing these skills together to support local moms through pregnancy, labour and birth. 🤍
