This experience blends slow, meditative Yin yoga with a live sound journey.

Postures are held for longer periods, inviting the body to soften, the breath to slow, and the nervous system to unwind.

As you rest in each shape, waves of sound move through the room and through you, supporting release on both a physical and energetic level.

The practice includes a full sound bath with crystal sound bowls, Grotta Sonora gongs, indigenous flutes, and more, allowing you to fully surrender into listening, rest, and integration.

This offering is suitable for all levels and is especially nourishing for those seeking:
🌀Deep relaxation and stress relief
🌀Nervous system regulation
🌀Gentle release in the body and connective tissues
🌀A meditative, inward-focused yoga experience

Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, spacious, and quietly renewed.

Join us at .study in Cochrane on March 1 or April 19 at 6pm.

If you want to further surrender to sound healing, stay for our 7:15pm sound and energy healing experience.

$35 drop in OR $100 4 pack pass ($25/class)

BUSINESS UPDATE

The interesting thing about the last few days is the number of doors that have come to a close.

My focus has gotten much more narrow.
My goals have gotten bigger but my ex*****on and planning is small.

I realize that the narrower I can get in my focus, the more I can accomplish.

I have also realized that Amanda Blaire Wellness needs to pivot alongside all of this.

As a result, March 21/22 will be the last Cochrane Weekend Retreat as you have all come to know it.
We will continue to host events in the area and continue our relationship with The RancheHouse, but the vision will be more refined.
The same goes for our St. Albert Retreat in April.
These will be the last of their kind for Eric and I.

Our retreats are becoming more intimate.
Fewer presenters.
Deeper immersion.
More intention.

No more fragmented experiences.

Going forward, every presenter will be hand-selected, chosen specifically because they align with the heart and vision of Amanda Blaire Wellness and bring a complementary flare to the experience.

We are no longer focused on packing more into a weekend.
We’re focused on curating what truly belongs.

Each retreat will be intentionally designed from start to finish so you can fully arrive, unplug, and be guided through a cohesive, transformative journey.

We’ll be shifting toward powerful single-day intensives or fully immersive retreat experiences that include meals and accommodations rather than weekends without food or flow.

Less, but better.
Less noise.
More depth.
Less quantity.
More alignment.

This next chapter feels focused, elevated, and deeply intentional.
And I’m so excited for what’s coming.
