Are you someone who loves helping people, enjoys staying organized, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience?

Cochrane Family Vision is looking for a part time or full time Receptionist to join our locally owned clinic! The role includes scheduling appointments, answering the phones, checking patients in and out, and keeping the front desk running smoothly to make our patient experience fantastic!

No optometry experience? That’s okay! We’re looking for the right person - someone with a positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

Did you know that 42% of injuries that happen during w**d whacking occur to the eyes? July is Eye Injury Prevention Month. Wearing the proper eye protection during yard work, such as gardening, mowing or w**d whacking is as important as making sure your equipment is working properly. A safety frame with side shields will help protect your eyes, and your dress eye wear, from damage.

July is UV Safety Awareness Month. Do you know what to look for to get the most UV protection from your sunglasses? Here are some things to consider

· Find a frame with a good wrap and little to no light pe*******on. It should sit close to your brow and cheek without resting on your face
· Find lenses with 100% UVA & UVB protection
· Polarized lenses are important for elimination glare in our environment, from water to ice and snow. Protecting your eyes and reducing the squint in bright light conditions
