What is World Sight Day?

Each October, on the second Thursday of the month, The International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB) rallies individuals and organisations from around the world to bring eye care to more people - helping to make World Sight Day a megaphone for eye care awareness and equity.

Each year, World Sight Day draws global attention to the importance of early intervention and regular eye health, highlighting their vital role in wellbeing and education.

Through the month of October, we will share a few more things from the campaign.

We love Dr Karch as much as her patients do! Her patients love her for her thoroughness and care but they stay for the Karch chats.
