Let Kindness be your strength and guiding force 💗 You can invite the energy of this intention into every action you take. You can show both courage and firmness while still maintaining a level of thoughtfulness. You can stand up and advocate, defend and support yourself and others, while being mindful. Kindness can be kept in situations by choosing the appropriate words you use to speak, the energy of your tone and how you respond through your actions. Kindness and sternness can blend together in ways that demonstrates the important values of compassion and respect. Goodwill that only strengthens you and the connections you make including, the impacts you can create. Learn and grow and become every version of yourself that you need to be. While standing on a foundation guided by empathy wherever you go and through every action you take.

It takes a great deal of mental endurance to not allow repeated triggers to past traumas affect and control your thoughts and emotions. This endurance can take some time to develop and adapt to your unique situation. Especially, if those triggers are activity present on a regular basis and additional stressors are involved. You are not meant to be made of steal and it becomes a delicate balance of knowing when to address your emotions and when to utilize distractions. Knowing when to place attention on the heavy thoughts you are continually encountering, and when to push those thoughts away. This is a skill that is learned through trial and error, and it’s a skill that may need adjustments as circumstances arise. During these difficult moments it’s important to remember the inner strength that you have gained and the capabilities that you possess. These qualities can help ground you in moments that require more mental energy, while you work through the process.

I’m in the ER getting treatment for the aseptic meningitis that I experience post IVIG infusions. They brought me back into the trauma section, and I happen to be in the room across the hall from the room my Dad passed away in. This light in my room randomly comes on with no one around it, and the nurse continues to comment on how weird that is lol
I know it’s my Dad ❤️
I wanted to share this experience with all of you as a reminder that our love ones will show us their presence through signs, thoughts and feelings, especially in the moments that we need to feel them close❤️
I Love you Dad, and thank you for everything you do to watch over us and guide us💙

This is a reminder that we need every now and then…
Our thoughts directly influence and impact our lives and how we experience our reality. Pay attention to what you choose to believe and focus upon. Utilize your belief systems and intentions to support yourself in meaningful, uplifting and fulfilling ways. The energy of your feelings co-exist with your experiences and perceptions. For example, if you believe you have bad luck and everything and everyone is working against you, then this is what you will frequently experience. This is what you will place your energy towards and this is what you will see happening to you regardless of the circumstances . Instead, fine tune your thoughts towards more positive energy and ideals, despite the situation. Create more beneficial opportunities with positive intentions. Manage the challenges you face with positive strategies that include what you choose to believe and focus on. Support your happiness, don’t hinder or disrupt it.
