💫 INTRODUCTION💫

Hello I’m Ashleigh.

When pregnant I was utterly terrified of anything blood, medical and quite frankly hospitals in general just gave me the heebie-jeebies. I had heard so many horrendous birth experiences and saw some awful things on the TV with birth being pictured as this horrible emergency event. It made me dread every single day of pregnancy knowing that I am one more day closer to giving birth which made me sick to my stomach. So I got in touch with who taught me and my partner Hypnobirthing & Antenatal classes and also had as our Doula at birth. It completely changed my vision on pregnancy & birth and took away my fear for good! Birth wasn’t how TV dramas and people made it out to be! For us having those Hypnobirthing & Antental classes beforehand & a Doula at our birth was the best investment we could of made entering parenthood.

My pregnancy & birth journey has inspired me so much that I want to do the same and help other parents to be in their next exciting chapter of their lives! 🤍
