Our wish came true x’s 2 ✨✨

I waited my whole life to become a mom ~ to experience this level of love … and here they are 🥰🥰

Both 7lbs of perfection 👼🏻👼🏻

We are overjoyed, overwhelmed, overtired and over the moon 🌙💛💛 ~ our little angels have expanded our hearts and redefined our definition of love and devotion 😍🥹

We’re feeling super grateful for all the love, prayers and support we’re receiving as we soak in this precious time together as a new family ✨👼🏻👼🏻🤱🏻👨🏻‍🍼🐶😻🐓❤️

A year ago this was us ~ Honeymooning in Central America. Hans kept calling it the trip of a life time ... I was worried about Zika 🙄 ... if we knew all the ways in which the world was about to drastically change... we probably wouldn't have changed a thing💙⁠

A year later ~ so much has shifted. Not just in our lives ... the whole world feels different. There have been many blessings along with many sorrows .... My little yoga studio has been shut down again for the second time. This sacred space and community that I have poured my heart and soul into closed, again 😔 Although this feels tough I know there's much to be grateful for ~ Taking classes online expands my capacity to open my heart and home to the world that needs the healing that comes through the practice of yoga and genuine human connection ❤️

Every year on this day I am reminded that life is precious ~ you just never know when your time is up.

Slow down, don’t sweat the small stuff, savour the sweetness of the little things ~ cause it’s the little things that make up the big things that really matter. Love hard, work hard, play hard!

17 years later it still hurts ~ 17 years later I still miss you ~ 17 years later your legacy lives on through me 💕

Sky above me ~ earth below ~ your spirit within me 🧜🏼‍♂️

I can feel it coming ~ it’s already flowing through me ~ another hard turn down the path towards my highest self!

I want the taste of the wine in my mouth and on my lips but I’m not interested in the intoxication that comes with it. I want the friends and to attend all the dinners, gatherings and parties but I am exhausted by the socialization. Can we simply meet on the mat instead 🧘🏻‍♀️💕

I feel some of my relationships and habits that once served me falling away, making space for my souls purpose to rise! Trusting my inner wisdom and using my intuition as a compass ~ remembering why I am here and the sacredness of what it means to be me.

I believe that every moment and every experience has brought to who I am and where I am today, there for I am perfectly ready ~ ready to rise. I feel this in my bones and know this in my heart 💛

May the sacred woman rising inside me empower you to do the same ✨

What are we waiting for!?

Now is our moment ~ now is our time!

Overcoming the obstacle of letting go is the opportunity to move forward ~

Although much easier said than done, letting go of the old makes way for the new. Releasing the past makes space for the future.

Aware that it was no longer serving me I found myself holding on to the past - my VW Touareg “Toni” was the vehicle (literally and figuratively) that carried me through some of the darkest and some of the most liberating journeys of my life! She was the solid beast that carried me through my divorce, over the Coquihala in the snow alone and moved me over to Vancouver Island! 7 great years of driving this girl hard, our time together has come to an end.

I literally sat in her and cried as I said goodbye. Not just over the attachment, but out of gratitude for all that she got me through.

Letting go of my old girl was a hard yet liberating - Letting her go is releasing the past to make way for the next chapter and new adventures! Moving forward in a new ride, my new relationship, my new life 🚀💕

My sister asked if I wasn’t going to do “more research” before I bought a new vehicle. My response was “my research was 7 years of loving my VW so much that I still don’t want to get rid of her”.

When you know, you know ~ it’s time to let go 🕊
