☀️ As summer approaches, many parents feel the pressure to plan it all—activities, camps, schedules, and endless “what will they do all day?” worries.
But children often need something much simpler.
After a busy school year, many are ready for rest, boredom, and unstructured time—LEGO creations, bike rides, backyard play, water splashes, and quiet afternoons at home.
A meaningful summer isn’t measured by a full calendar. It’s found in slow moments, imagination, and space to just be a kid.
💛 There is value in boredom. There is value in rest.
This summer, maybe we can let go of perfection and embrace something gentler.
