Beneath the Hollow Tree is where spirit meets earth—where healing, remembrance, and sacred transitions are honoured with reverence and love. I offer end-of-life care, grief support, and spiritual services as a Certified End-of-Life Doula, Certified Bereavement Coach, Reiki Master, and holistic healer. My work integrates Crystal Healing, Colour Therapy, Chakra and Aura Balancing, Spirit Healing, an

d Trapped Emotion Release to bring comfort to body, mind, and soul. For over five years, I have worked with Spirit as a medium, offering inspirational talks and evidence of life after death, bringing peace and validation to those seeking connection. As an ordained Metaphysical Minister with the Canadian International Metaphysical Ministry and a licensed Wedding Officiant in Ontario, I officiate weddings, funerals, celebration of life ceremonies, baby namings, and other meaningful rites of passage. In my spiritual practice as a Priestess of Jord, I help facilitate sacred circles, Sabbat observances, and full/new moon ceremonies, creating space for earth-honoring connection and spiritual awakening. In a world that asks us to move quickly, stillness becomes an act of courage.
Stillness allows the heart to speak. It allows the body to rest. It allows the mind to settle. It creates space for clarity, softness, and truth. I’ve seen stillness change people, caregivers who finally pause, grieving families who sit together quietly, couples who take a breath before saying their vows. Stillness doesn’t fix everything, but it makes room for healing to begin. If today feels overwhelming, let yourself be still for a moment. Let the quiet hold you.

Love is a practice. I see this in weddings, in grief, in caregiving, in healing. Love shows up in the way we listen, the way we show up, the way we soften even when life feels sharp.
Love is choosing kindness when you’re tired. It’s offering patience when someone is struggling. It’s holding space when words fall short. It’s returning again and again to what matters most.
If today offers you a chance to practice love, in any form, let it be gentle, intentional, and true.

There is something you need to know when you’re caring for someone. "You're doing better than you think you are." When you're sitting beside someone you love, every decision feels enormous.
Should I call the nurse?
Should I wake the family?
Did I give the medication at the right time?
Should I say something?
Should I just sit quietly?
Then, after they're gone, the questions don't stop. They simply change.
Did I miss something?
Could I have done more?
Did they know how much I loved them?
I've learned that almost every caregiver carries these questions. Not because they failed. Because they loved deeply. Love has a way of making us question ourselves.
If you're caring for someone today...
If you're sitting at a bedside...
If you're exhausted...
If you've cried in the shower because it's the only place you could be alone...
Please hear this.
You are doing one of the hardest things a human heart can do. You won't do it perfectly. None of us do. But perfection was never what your loved one needed.
They needed you.
Your presence.
Your love.
Your hand to hold.
Years from now, you probably won't remember every medication time or every conversation. But they will have spent their final chapter wrapped in the love of someone who refused to leave. And that is a beautiful gift. If no one has told you today...
I'm proud of you.

There are moments in life when everything feels like it’s shifting, moments between what was and what will be. These thresholds are tender, vulnerable, and deeply sacred.
I’ve stood with families at thresholds and each one carries its own kind of holiness. Each one asks us to be present, patient, and open-hearted.
Thresholds remind us that life is always changing shape. They teach us to honour transitions, to breathe through uncertainty, and to trust the quiet wisdom of the heart.
If you’re standing at a threshold right now, may you feel supported, guided, and gently held.

People often think ministry happens only in ceremonies, weddings, blessings, celebrations of life. But I’ve learned that ministry happens in everyday moments too.
It happens when someone finally feels safe enough to cry. When a caregiver shares a story that makes everyone smile. When a grieving family member whispers, “Thank you for being here.” When two people look at each other with a love that needs no words.
Sacredness isn’t reserved for special occasions. It lives in the ordinary, in kindness, in presence, in connection.
If today offers you one small moment that feels meaningful, honour it. That’s ministry, too.

When someone we love dies, their presence doesn’t vanish. It shifts. It softens. It becomes woven into the quiet places of our lives.
I’ve seen families find their loved ones in the smallest moments, in the way sunlight moves across a room, in a familiar scent, in a phrase they used to say, in the warmth that rises unexpectedly in the heart.
Love doesn’t end. It changes form. It becomes memory, ritual, story, breath.
If today brings you a moment that reminds you of someone you miss, let it be a gentle reminder: Love continues, just differently.
