Tonight after our awesome kids class we have a beginner flow at 630pm!!! This class held you come back to your practice, find the breath, and remember why you do what you do.

Gratitude post!!!!!
What a gift it was to experience the beauty of these gongs. The sound, the vibration, the energy created was absolutely mesmerizing. Bringing these types of events to our smaller communities has been the whole purpose and goal of the studio! There is magic right here in our little towns! Thank you to everyone who showed up for me and for Julie last night, we will do it again!! In the meantime, if the gongs resonated with you and you want more, Julie will be bringing them to Liminal Space Studio in Didsbury middle of June! **** UPDATE**** We have merged our two Wed kids classes into one! 430pm to 530pm, 5 to 10 year olds!! Still 2 spots left if you want to sign up, drop in is available.
I just wanted to pop on and clarify, I have set these kids classes up as 4 week series each, but if you are only available for a few classes that is ok! Drop in is 20 a class but please message me to let me know what days and which class. If you have a yoga mat please bring it and a water bottle, everything else is provided.
