We are excited to welcome Aleeta (Alee) Woodhouse to our growing team.

Alee is a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). Alee works with individuals navigating concerns such as anxiety, stress, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and feeling stuck.

Alee believes that meaningful change happens when people feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. Her approach to counselling is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in creating a space where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and move toward the life they want.

Her therapeutic approach is influenced by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).

Where does the time go?! Hard to believe, but it’s already been 2 years since we opened the doors here in Delhi. It would never have been possible without the wonderful community here in Delhi and the surrounding areas.

From the contractors hired for the initial renovations, the logo & signage design and installation, the partnership with local doctors and pharmacies, the camaraderie of other local businesses, and the general community support. We couldn’t have done it without you - thank you for the ongoing support.

Our biggest motivation to do what we do is our wonderful clients. Thank you for trusting us to walk alongside you on your mental health journeys.

Stay tuned for more exciting news in the coming weeks.

Today and everyday, remember the strength and resilience of women. For without women, none of us would be here.

It has been almost 2 years since we opened our doors and we continue to pride ourselves on the work with do with women - individually, as part of a couple, or through parenting and family counselling.

No matter how many roles you are juggling, you deserve to be seen, heard, and celebrated

Happy International Women’s Day
