📣 TWO VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR FREE NURSING FOOT CARE! 🦶

We are looking for two people with genuine foot care concerns, such as:

* Calluses or corns
* Ingrown or difficult toenails
* Thick or problematic nails
* Other foot care problems

Please note: This opportunity is not intended for someone with healthy feet who only needs routine nail trimming. We need volunteers with concerns that will provide a meaningful learning experience.

Your foot care will be provided completely free of charge by a trained nurse completing the final day of their foot care nursing mentorship. All care will be directly supervised by an expert Advanced Foot Care Nurse.

📅 Date: August 24th
🕒 Time: between 10-2 pm
📍 Location: Duncan, Gibbins rd

Only two appointments are available!

Longevity Foot Care is seeking an active nurse in good standing with advanced foot care training to join our team as an independent contractor approximately three days per week in the Cowichan Valley.

I always believe that feedback- particularly constructive criticism is such a gift! I cannot count how many times I received less then stellar feedback regarding my work that I was able to use to improve the way I did things going forward.

These days I am pretty dialed in; but ever ready for the next tip to adjust and improve client outcomes.

Well, this was a lovely little surprise. 🥹

Longevity Foot Care was voted Platinum in CommunityVotes for the third year in a row.

To be honest, I didn’t campaign for it this year. I didn’t promote it. I didn’t remind anyone to vote. So when I saw the result, I was genuinely surprised — and very, very grateful.

I always take these community awards for what they are: a fun and kind way for people to show support for local businesses. Winning an award like this doesn’t make me a better practitioner than my colleagues. There are many excellent foot care nurses out there doing beautiful, skilled, important work every day.

But I will say this: when you pour your heart into something, it really does mean a lot when people notice.
