We get so caught up in our daily routines, responsibilities, and things that are beyond our control that we forget what truly matters.

Life isn’t about how much we accomplish, but about the moments we share, the love we give, the connections we make, and the memories we create along the way. 🤎

Having experienced loss, this quote hits a little differently. Tomorrow is never promised, and sometimes the smallest moments turn out to be the biggest blessings.

We are so excited to introduce Jasmine Ashley, our newest PSW at Kare Bear Support Services! 🤎

As we continue to grow and provide compassionate, personalized care throughout Grey/Bruce and surrounding areas, we are grateful to welcome someone who shares our passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

A Little About Jasmine, in Her Own Words:

“Hello, my name is Jasmine Ashley!

Three years ago, I decided to take charge of my life and make a change. I knew I wanted to help people, and becoming a Personal Support Worker felt like the perfect path.

Over the years, I’ve learned that life is too short and nothing is promised. That’s why being a PSW means so much more to me than simply clocking in and out of a shift.

It means waking up every day knowing I have the opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life. Whether it’s putting a smile on someone’s face, helping them feel seen and heard, or providing love, warmth, and comfort during life’s most difficult moments.

It also means being there for families when life doesn’t always allow them to be with their loved ones.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my daughter. You’ll often find us hiking, baking sweet treats, or having dance parties together!

I’m excited to be joining Kare Bear Support Services, and I truly believe that together we can make a meaningful difference in the care provided to our community.”

Enjoy a relaxed walk on the P&H Centre Walking Track, meet fellow seniors, and stay for refreshments and conversation. This welcoming drop-in program is open to all fitness levels and is a great way to support your physical and social well-being.

Kare Bear Support Services is back and I couldn’t think of a better time to begin this next chapter than the first day of fall. 🤎

This past year, I’ve had the opportunity to reflect on where I want Kare Bear Support Services to go next.

And I’m excited to say we’re growing again.

With over 25 years of experience in personal support and five years of building Kare Bear Support Services, my passion continues to be helping people feel safe, respected, supported and connected while also giving families peace of mind.

Our support may include:
