Love Within, a Self-Love Reset, is a gentle, heart-centred day guided by horses, cacao, sound, Reiki, and supportive practices - designed to help you soften, slow down, and reconnect with yourself.

Participants will leave with thoughtfully chosen take-home supports, including an intuitive heart-centred crystal, a gentle EFT practice to revisit whenever self-kindness or grounding is needed, and a beautifully guided hypnosis script designed to reinforce self-love and inner safety beyond the day.

The horse experience is calm and grounding.

The energy was unexplainable. The horses walked among us in order to both give and receive. Their intuition was something that must be experienced.
They held space and stood grounded, ready to bear witness.
As if the horse was saying,
“It’s safe to let go.”

Love Within – The Self-Love Reset is a gentle, heart-centred day designed to help you soften, release what no longer supports you, and reconnect with a deeper sense of self-kindness, calm, and inner peace.

✨ This full-day experience includes:
• A heart-centred cacao ceremony with guided meditation to open and soften the heart
• A horse-guided self-compassion experience, where you are met without judgement
• A gentle EFT-based practice to release inner resistance and support emotional ease
• A heart-centred sound bath with Reiki for deep rest and integration
• An intuitive heart chakra crystal chosen especially for you
• A guided self-love hypnosis session to take home and revisit
• A personal journal for reflection and integration
• Light nourishment and tea (participants are welcome to bring their own lunch if desired)
