It feels like you can’t stop thinking about your health. The constant worry that there is something seriously wrong never leaves you - no matter how much research you do, how often you see your doctor or how much your friends reassure you that you’re okay. You’re constantly monitoring your body and it feels like you can never take a break.
There is hope for health anxiety! If you want to learn more about moving forward from a place of worry to a place of calm, click the link in bio for a free 15 minute consultation.
