Vibrational Instinct

From nothing, as nothing, to nothing. You are complete.

My latest Substack post was published! This idea of relaxation becoming as artificial as some of the "foods" and online "friends" out there was SO popular with those I was speaking to, I had to write a piece on it. Check out this excerpt and the whole article below!

“When a client asks me if the soundtrack that I create for them will help them feel more relaxed, I have to remind them that they have no idea what relaxation is. They’re not asking for the experience of relaxation, they’re asking for the word “relaxation”. The word itself is lifeless, stale. It carries no weight because there’s no experience to express it. This is the exact reason why affirmations often do f*ck all. People read them like they’re reading news headlines. The feeling that moves people, moves countries, moves continents into action is absent. And if you can’t use feeling to navigate your world, such as with most people with a chronic stress response that can’t feel true relaxation, you’ll always be working on your body, endlessly trying to figure out how to deal with “isolated” symptoms when the systems of your body could take care of it all at the same time if it weren’t so damn stressed.”

WARNING: Reckoning Ahead

When Kerri Koster, PFP® asked me if I was interested in speaking at a health and wealth series she was starting up, my body immediately said YES, before I did.

I didn't know how or why, but I just knew. I had been watching the growth of a disease that began way before my clinical practice started, that people take honour in suffering in.

Pandemics of poor body awareness, low worthiness, and false positives of relaxation... and people don't know what the f*ck to do. That's what I've been working with with clients for years.

I'm not destroying an old system. I'm building a better one. And I want you to be a part of it. Contrary to what you've been told, ease is not hard or complicated. It's misunderstood.

I'd love to show you why. And hear you and your story. We can build something big and lasting together. I need you. There's a better way. Join me in-person and I'll share it with you.

The event is free. The information is invaluable. Co-speaking alongside me is another wonderful human being, Ehi Okoedion, who has some equally profound insights of his own. See you there...

Most people think they're relaxed. They're not. Relaxation got turned into something you buy. A massage. A weekend away. A vacation. Rented, never owned. And the moment the receipt fades, the stress is back where it started. We're excited to announce Justin Victor as a speaker at the next Bite the E...

This is not satire. Or clickbait.

It's calling out a pandemic of poor understanding of healing and nervous system regulation.

It's based upon systems that deliberately confound people by reducing them to symptoms and summaries, and deconsecrates the millions of mini miracles their bodies perform every moment just to keep them alive.

I see this all the time in clinical practice. And it frustrates me. Sometimes more than my clients.

This isn't about overhauling old systems. It's about creating new ones in ourselves that literally and instantly create new worlds of health and wealth we've never experienced before.

And it's not just about those seeking help. Certified and degreed healthcare professionals often don't get this either.

That's terrifying. And unacceptable.

There's an easier and more sustainable way forward. And you deserve that.

Closing "Closed" Arguments

I'm honoured to join my colleague and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist Marian Apostol in co-hosting a free presentation aimed at simplifying the process of healing and integrating its principles into your life seamlessly and effectively.

Healing is a sacred process that unfolds inseparably from the state of consciousness of the individual, and we're here to demystify it and help you access as much of that as possible without investing much more than a small amount of time and energy. Healing can be hard, but it doesn't have to be. Let us share with you how...

We are proud to be Canada's only provider of Lambda Bio-Tuning! There is currently no comparison to the LIVE heart-rate variability monitoring we use, which allows us to visualize, and modulate, your entire stress response in real-time.

Did you know that all healing happens at the point in-between the fight-or-flight and rest-and-digest responses? Healing is inaccessible to those who cannot reach this point. We can show you if you're in the 92% of the population that can't get there. If you can't, we can break the chronic stress cycle for you, often in LESS than 20 minutes.
