In this ever-changing world of GLP-1's, ChatGPT and other interventions for weight loss, there are so many ideas and voices clamoring for attention. The goal is to develop a healthy relationship with food and your body, possibly heal a damaged relationship with food, exercise and body image. The jury is out on how some of these alternate means can help or potentially harm. One thing we know for sure is that developing a healthy relationship with food and your body is effectively done through working with trusted professionals who have years of experience in this field. Even if you lose weight through some of these means, if you still hate your body or are obsessed with what you eat, you will not truly walk in freedom.
