From a packed office to something that looks like an office again!!

All our flooring is officially done 🤩 Yesterday was the first day it really felt like HOME! I cannot count how many hours we put on the inside and outside renos….but so far, it is well worth it!!

Next step: finishing my office and tackling the deck.

Thank you again for everyone who helped us in the crazy journey. We still have some work to do but it sure looks like our home now!

From day 1 to day 4…. Huge thank you to Billy and his crew from Flooring Superstores Regina!! Our flooring is officially done. Tomorrow, we will do a massive clean up and start putting everything back together.

We are very happy with the results and I can’t wait to get my new kitchen and dining room lights from Richardson Lighting - Regina 🤩 it’s gonna complete our floor.

It’s been quite the week but it is rewarding to see all the changes.

Things are underway at the house this week and the main floor is getting ripped.

I’m some glad we now have experience as we did put plastic sheets everywhere to limit the dust spread 🤣

Today, it is appropriate, once again, to give a big shout out to Emerald Park Homes Ltd. And Everflow Eaves & Exteriors Inc for their great work on our house.

With the massive winds and rain we got on Thursday, everything stayed nice and tight on the roof and no water came in the house. If the work had not been done, we would be running on the 3 floors to put tons of towels and buckets. It feels great to be safe and know that the renovation was done properly with all the expertise of Emerald Park Homes and their contractors.

Thank you again for everything!

It’s been a few months but we are back at it…last big push for the inside renos! We are taking all the flooring from the main floor and next week the flooring company will be here to finish up the tile and installing the new floor!

We can definitely see the water damage on the west side of the house too 🤷🏼‍♀️⛈️🌬️

Can’t wait to have this floor done and then my office will be last 😄

Well, we are still alive! The last fee weeks were quite busy with work, kids and sickness.

We are now back at it and still working on some projects in the house.

Funny but not funny….here is the face anyone would make coming in the house to fix something. Today, we have some electricians in and that’s exactly the reaction they had! Thank god they are fixing a few things … one plug in particular was pretty close on starting a fire 🫣!

Thank you again for all your support, we are still fighting to get through all this mess.
